The Richards Law Group primarily focuses on condominium and homeowner association (HOA) law, while also specializing in real estate transactions and landlord-tenant issues (including evictions and tenant screening). As a result of condo and homeowner’s associations running as non-profit businesses with their own set of rules, our practice also handles a wide variety of business law – from contract drafting and negotiations to business formation and transactions. Many times the best response to a problem is not always a legal answer, but also a financial and/or business solution. With that in mind, our goal is to not only assist businesses and individuals with their legal matters, but to achieve the best possible results for their immediate and long-term needs.
